Customers and offices area
Hospitality and willingness are particularly dear to TFA.
For this reason, the company has organized pleasant spaces, where to communicate, plan and design together with its customers, in order to establish a satisfactory collaboration.
Production and Warehouse area
The Production and Warehouse area of TFA is distributed and organized with a versatile movement of spaces, divided into 2,200 sqm. Inside there are 30 latest generation machines, always in operation for the assembly and packaging of different products.
The activities carried out in the Production and Warehouse area of TFA are organized according to the following flow:
– Goods arrival and storage
The materials to be processed arrive at the warehouse and are precisely stored according to priority and type of processing.
– Assembly
Following the projects provided by the customer, products are then assembled, automatically or semi-automatically, with extreme precision and competence.
The assembly phase in TFA is divided in two production units:
The assembly of components is carried out by highly robotic machinery, supervised by highly qualified personnel, who intervenes when required and/or when necessary, in order to guarantee the pre-established standard, both in terms of efficiency and production quality.
Assembly is carried out manually by qualified employees, with the aid of semi-automatic machinery.
In this case the assembly is dedicated to processes for which the development of robotic machinery is not possible.
TFA third parties assembly service allows companies, even low-production ones, to contain costs, times and internal resources, thus obtaining a more efficient, competitive production cycle and high quality products.
– Testing
At the end of the assembly, the finished product is tested, in order to be delivered in perfect condition and on time.
– Packaging and shipping
Once the assembly and testing processes have been completed, the finished product is ready to be packed and shipped to the customers.
Assistance in Design and Industrialisation
The in-depth knowledge of mechanical processing sector and skills acquired in the field of industrial third parties assembly, allow TFA to assist and support each customer in every phase of the production cycle, starting from the assistance in design and industrialization of the product, so as to identify the most appropriate, effective and also advantageous solutions.
All the machinery available in TFA are custom-made, based on the specifications of each order, the needs of each customer and the characteristics of the item to be assembled.
